Companies (corporations, societies, clubs...) founded in Delaware, whose incorporators are not residents of the USA and which conduct business outside of the State of Delaware are not liable to pay property tax or sales tax. So whenever you purchase a vessel, except in the country of incorporation, there are no tax obligations and after the registration procedure you can navigate without restriction all over the world.
